Who operates this website
Ankode is the independent digital studio of Ankush Kuchhal, based in Delhi NCR, India. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@ankode.si. This notice applies to ankode.si and its website enquiry form.
Information you send
If you contact the studio, the form collects your name, email address, optional budget range and project message. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in the form.
How enquiries are processed
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker, stored in Cloudflare KV, and emailed to the studio inbox using Cloudflare Email Service. A submission can include its time, country code and browser user-agent. IP addresses are used for short-lived rate-limit counters to reduce abuse; they are not included in the saved enquiry record.
Enquiries remain available while needed for follow-up, project discussions or legitimate record-keeping. There is currently no automatic expiry on saved enquiry records. You can ask the studio to review or delete your enquiry by emailing hello@ankode.si.
Website security and traffic measurement
Cloudflare processes technical connection and request information to deliver and protect this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page use and performance using a browser beacon; it does not use analytics cookies. Blocking scripts or trackers may prevent measurements from being recorded.
Remembering your privacy choices
When you save a privacy choice, this website stores a small preference record in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. It remembers your analytics choice, whether optional ads are blocked, and when you saved the choice. It is used to respect your preferences, not to identify you across websites.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is prepared as an optional integration. It is inactive unless the studio has configured and enabled it. When active, it is loaded only after you allow optional analytics. It can use cookies and information about your device, page visits and interactions to report website usage. The contact form’s contents are not sent as analytics events. You can change your optional analytics choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Advertising
Google AdSense is prepared for future use on journal articles. Advertising is disabled in local previews. Advertising requires account configuration, Google’s site approval and a suitable consent-management setup before activation.
If Google ads are activated, Google and other participating vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to serve, measure and personalise ads based on visits to this or other websites. Advertising consent choices will be offered through the advertising consent message. You can also review Google’s advertising controls and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional analytics, adjust browser settings, block analytics scripts, or contact the studio about information you have provided. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information or object to certain processing. Requests are reviewed in light of the applicable requirements and any records that must be retained.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare and email service providers may process information outside your country. Their services operate under their own contractual and privacy arrangements. This site links to external services such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp, which apply their own privacy notices when you visit them.
